Where: Meet at 3:30 at Stilson Lot (Village Transit Center) in Jackson, Wyoming

Astoria Park Conservancy’s Amplify Astoria returns for its third year, presented by Zions Bank, with live bluegrass from the Random Canyon Growlers and a soak in the natural hot springs. The event raises funds for Astoria’s Access Fund, which helps keep the park affordable and accessible to all. Guests can enjoy BBQ, beverages, and a stunning outdoor setting at this Zero Waste community gathering. Tickets: $55 adults, $35 kids (ages 2–12), infants free. Powder River Basin Resource Council invites our members and friends to the 2025 Harvest Festival & Potluck! The event is at Kearney Hall on Saturday, Sept. 20. Festivities begin at 3:30 and conclude at 7:00. We will have local music, local foods including a BBQ Berkshire pig, and a pie auction!
The event is free. Donations at the door are welcomed.

Enter the Wyoming Public Media 2025 Photo Contest (September 1-30)!
Wyoming Public Media invites Wyomingites to get out and take photos they think reflect Wyoming’s history, while sharing their stories in the process.

Japan Festival 2025 will take place on Sunday, September 21, 2025, from noon to 4 PM at Laramie High School in Laramie, Wyoming. Free and open to the public, the festival features K-12 friendly activities, traditional Japanese music, martial arts demonstrations, and drumming by Denver Taiko. Attendees can also enjoy craft and booth activities during breaks, as well as purchase food from Niko Sushi.
