Join Sierra Club Wyoming Chapter for a weekend of camping, hiking, and community in Grand Teton National Park. We'll spend two nights at the Gros Ventre Campground, which will act as our base camp while we explore Grand Teton National Park by day. Experience Buffalo, Wyoming like only a sheepherder can! We will take you through real sheep ranches with the sheep and the herders themselves. Then come back to town and enjoy food, art, and education about the amazing and historical sheep industry in the great state of Wyoming.

The theme for this year’s garden tour is “Hidden Treasures “. Garden Gait is a tour of 5 yards all featuring their own uniqueness. These gardens provide a diverse offering of inspiration from fun entertaining to peaceful spaces for quiet reflection.
Join us for our 43rd Annual Day in the Park on July 12th from 9am - 3pm! This annual event features handmade items from area artists and craftspeople. Items include art, jewelry, pottery, woodworking, food, community organizers, and more! This is a free event held at the Riverton City Park.
Twenty fun and silly classes to show off your dog! Like best smile or best dancer. Registration starts at 8:30 am. Cost is $1 per class per dog with great prizes at stake.
This summer Saturday is sure to be “for the birds!” Join the Bighorn Audubon Society and SCLT for a bird walk along Red Grade Trails. We will stop along the way to see and hear the birds. You will also learn tips and tricks to help identify the many different birds you can spot in our beautiful Bighorns backyard.

Visit High Iron during free, open hours! High Iron is a moving piece of public art—a modified train car— presently in Laramie, Wyoming through summer 2025. It houses an interactive labor exhibit, an oral history collection station, and is the center of accompanying community programming. High Iron features stories of ancestors who constructed the transcontinental railroad, multigenerational laborers who built the economy of Wyoming, and contemporary rail workers and their unions. High iron shines light on buried narratives of: crucial labor, an incredibly diverse state, a culture of care, and immigrant contribution.

The Friends of the Albany County Public Library is hosting a two-day book sale in the basement of the library. The event is open to the public all day both days, and the admission is free. All proceeds from our sales go to the library for their collections and related expenses.
