The Center Presents Silversun Pickups on their Tenterhook Tour. A sense of urgency drives Silversun Pickups. The GRAMMY® Award-nominated Los Angeles quartet creates and performs with both eloquence and intensity. They throw caution to the wind, but they do so with panache. Guitars may restlessly roar and rumble, only to be reined in by the spell of a saccharine melody or a honeyed hook. Read to a dog! Children ages 5-12 are invited to join Ruff Readers every first and third Tuesday 3:30 to 4:30pm in Teton County Library's Youth Auditorium. Reading aloud to dogs has proven to help kids develop reading skills, increase enthusiasm for reading, promote confidence and teach them how to interact with animals.

In the Fur Felted Cowboy Hat class you will learn about the history of the Stetson Fur Felted Hat. Work starts with a pre-formed body and uses traditional tools that students make. Tool making, 3D printed had forms, wet forming, steam hardening, brim cutting, and sewn sweatbands are covered. All materials provided, no experience necessary.

Printmaking with Gelli Plates - We utilize a "Gelli Plate" and acrylic paint to produce prints on various surfaces. Gelli plates enable you to create monoprints on different types of paper, employing stencils, texture tools, and rubber ink stamps. I will be enjoyable to create unique prints for family and friends, culminating art show at the workshop conclusion.

Laurent Pelly’s storybook staging of Massenet’s Cinderella is presented with an English translation in an abridged 90-minute adaptation, with mezzo-soprano Isabel Leonard as its rags-to-riches princess. Maestro Emmanuel Villaume leads a delightful cast, which includes mezzo-soprano Emily D’Angelo as Cinderella’s Prince Charming, soprano Jessica Pratt as her Fairy Godmother, and mezzo-soprano Stephanie Blythe and bass-baritone Laurent Naouri as her feuding guardians. The Grand Teton Music Festival presents this cinematic Encore revival from the Metropolitan’s 2021-22 Live in HD series.
