On Tuesday, June 9th, and Wednesday, June 10th, the Nitty Gritty Dirt Band brings ALL THE GOOD TIMES: The Farewell Tour to The Center Theater. For nearly six decades, the three-time GRAMMY® Award-winning Nitty Gritty Dirt Band has entertained audiences with their top-shelf musicianship and timeless hits.

Formed in 1966 as a Long Beach, California jug band, Nitty Gritty Dirt Band scored its first charting single in 1967 and its first major hit in 1971 with “Mr. Bojangles.” Today’s group consists of founding member Jeff Hanna, harp master Jimmie Fadden, and soulful-voiced Bob Carpenter, who has more than 40 years of service in the ensemble. Those veterans are now joined by singer-songwriter-bass man Jim Photoglo, fiddle and mandolin wizard Ross Holmes, and Hanna’s son, the preternaturally talented singer and guitarist Jaime Hanna.

Nitty Gritty Dirt Band recently released a new 5-song EP, “Night After Night,” the band’s first release of all-new music since 2009’s “Speed of Life.” The Farewell Tour isn’t goodbye forever, but it will be the last fans see of multi-city runs and long bus rides.

I will be enjoyable to create unique prints for family and friends, culminating art show at the workshop conclusion.

It is your time to shine. You will appreciate all the glory at The Lincoln during The Dead South on Sunday, 21st June 2026. Believe us, when we say it's going to be a spectacular presentation. The Regina-based Canadian folk-bluegrass sensation will bring hits like "In Hell I'll Be in Good Company" and "Banjo Odyssey" to Cheyenne as part of The Dead South 2026 Tour. Bluegrass vocal harmonies is one of the most distinguishing characteristics - there is nothing else like it. Expect their signature energetic performance blending folk, bluegrass, and dark humor, plus tracks from their latest album "Chains & Stakes" (2024).

The Annual Center Benefit Concert
The Center’s annual outdoor fundraising event returns Sunday, June 28th, featuring The California Honeydrops. The Center Benefit is the perfect chance for our community to celebrate the arts in Jackson Hole. As our primary fundraiser, this event supports all aspects of our mission to connect our creative community. The event will include local food trucks and participation from many of The Center’s 20 Resident Nonprofit Partners.

The California Honeydrops
Formed in the subway systems of Oakland, retro-soul outfit The California Honeydrops are an electrifying group that defy convention at every turn. Led by the enigmatic and energetic frontman, Lech Wierzynski, and percussionist Benjamin Malament, each member of the band is a virtuoso in their own rite — Yanos “Johnny Bones” Lustig on saxophone, Lorenzo Loera on keyboards/guitar, Beaumont Beaullieu on drums, Miles Blackwell on bass, and regularly accompanied by Oliver Tuttle on trombone, Leon Cotter on saxophone/clarinet, and Miles Lyons on trombone/sousaphone — navigating through a vast repertoire of original songs and timeless classics every night. But what truly sets them apart is their unwavering commitment to the art of improvisation – a skill so finely honed that they have completely abandoned the use of set lists and no two shows are ever the same.
