The popular Musical Adventures program, led by Stoner Family Education Curator Meaghan Heinrich, brings fun and music to Teton Village Commons weekly on Tuesdays at 10 AM. Geared for listeners ages one through five, classes are also fun and accessible for all ages. Sponsored in part by Teton Village Association.

Free and open to the public! Dive into classical music with the Grand Teton Music Festival! Suitable for interested novices and seasoned fans alike, this adult education group will explore the history, theory and stories behind epic classical works each week. Led by Stoner Family Education Curator Meaghan Heinrich, prepare for the coming weekend’s Festival Orchestra concerts or simply join the discussion in the Classical Music Listening Club. Step into the Art Lab! In collaboration with The Science Zone, this hands-on camp lets young artists get messy and have fun while exploring art and science together.
Campers will experiment, create, and discover while blending creativity and curiosity to spark imagination and inspire new ideas.

Punch Brothers, formed in 2006, are a virtuosic quintet featuring mandolinist Chris Thile, guitarist Chris Eldridge, bassist Paul Kowert, banjoist Noam Pikelny and violinist Brittany Haas. Known for pushing the boundaries of acoustic music, the band has garnered critical acclaim, including a GRAMMY® for Best Folk Album for All Ashore (2018). These trailblazers in contemporary acoustic music bring “bluegrass to its next evolutionary stage, drawing equal inspiration from the brain and the heart.” – The Washington Post

Over the years, they’ve become pioneers in modern string music, with albums like Antifogmatic (2010), Who’s Feeling Young Now (2012) and The Phosphorescent Blues (2015) showcasing their genre-defying sound. Rolling Stone praised their work as “wild virtuosity used for more than just virtuosity,” cementing their reputation as trailblazers in contemporary acoustic music.

Gear up for the concert at 5:30 PM on the Center for the Arts Lawn at the Community Bluegrass Jam, a free event co-led by GTMF’s Stoner Family Education Curator Meaghan Heinrich and Teton Music School’s Clay Humphrey!

The 2026 Laramie County Fair is back July 29 through August 8, bringing together the best of summer, community, tradition, and family fun at the Archer Complex in Cheyenne. This year’s theme, “Fair’s Poppin’,” sets the stage for a full fair schedule packed with livestock shows, 4-H and FFA exhibits, open class competitions, hands-on activities, fair contests, food, entertainment, and plenty of hometown memories in the making.

The fair kicks off July 29 with horse, dog, rabbit, beef, and static exhibits, then rolls into a lively week of public activities beginning August 1. Families can enjoy the Midway from August 1–7 with carnival games, an inflatable zone, glass blowing demos, balloon twisting, airbrush tattoos, magic shows, caricatures, a petting zoo, foam parties, mini-golf, a laser maze, and more.

Special highlights include the Farmers Market on August 1, Ranch Rodeo and the new Salsa Showdown on August 2, pie contests on August 3, Mutton Bustin’ on August 4, the new Cheyenne Youth Rodeo and Bubblegum Blowing Contest on August 5, Pig Wrestling on August 6, round robin shows and family activities on August 7, and the Youth Livestock Sale on August 8.

Free and open to the public! GTMF brings the popular Musical Adventures early childhood music program to Tetonia, Idaho! Geared for listeners ages one through five, Musical Adventures provides a fun environment for children and their caregivers to enjoy music and play along, led by Stoner Family Education Curator Meaghan Heinrich.
