Part of the state's preparations for America's 250th anniversary, the event will honor Wyoming's pioneering role in recognizing women's right to vote and hold public office.
Presentations will take place in the Historic Supreme Court, the room where, 20 years after the territorial legislature passed the act and Governor John Campbell signed it into law, Wyoming's constitutional convention was held and suffrage was enshrined into the state's Constitution. Commemorate the milestone, reflect on the legacy that shaped the Equality State, and celebrate the people who made it possible.
