The Yellowstone Film Festival opens on Friday and will feature close to 80 short and feature films.

Six award-winning films covering a wide range of topics involving the Middle East will be screened Feb. 22 and 23.

Fifteen films from a variety of genres are on this year's schedule of events, including ones with a connection to Wyoming. Over the past five years, the festival has grown in size and scope, which attracts filmmakers from around the country and submissions from approximately 30 countries annually.
