About the Speaker:
Jennie Rodgers is Vice President, Market Leader for the Rocky Mountain, Tribal Nations and Rural teams at Enterprise Community Partners, a national nonprofit with 43 years of experience addressing America’s massive shortage of affordable housing.

In podcasts, television programs, and best-selling books, true crime seems to be all the rage. For her part, local historian Cynde Georgen (author of In the Shadow of the Bighorns: A History of Early Sheridan and the Goose Creek Valley of Northern Wyoming) has been researching true crime stories from north-central Wyoming for more than thirty years. Cynde will share stories excerpted from her “hopefully-forthcoming” book Murder Ends It All: Violent Death in North-Central Wyoming, 1877-1941. Free and open to all.

Read to a dog! Children ages 5-12 are invited to join Ruff Readers every first and third Tuesday 3:30 to 4:30pm in Teton County Library's Youth Auditorium. Reading aloud to dogs has proven to help kids develop reading skills, increase enthusiasm for reading, promote confidence and teach them how to interact with animals.

- Visit Maker Space 307 to view tree slices on display and receive a worksheet and identification card to further your learning about the tree slices independently.

This series will be taught by Sarah Hemphill, DW staff and certified Pilates instructor. Sarah has trained in the Moving Through Parkinson’s modality with the Center for Healthy Aging at Colorado State University and has 7 years of experience working with older adults. This class series is rooted in creative movement practices adapted for individuals living with Parkinson’s disease. While the methodology was developed for people with Parkinson’s, the class is suitable for a wide range of mobility issues including Huntington’s, multiple sclerosis, and the general limited mobility associated with aging.

Participants will focus on balance, coordination, spatial awareness, and creative expression. Each week introduces new movement ideas while revisiting and deepening previous skills, encouraging both continuity and mastery. This class combats the isolation experienced by some in this demographic by fostering social connection while supporting physical and emotional well-being.

Make a Bird House. A great woodworking starter project involves using power and hand tools to create a birdhouse. By adjusting the hole size and height, you can attract the right birds for your area.

The goal of this conference is to share resources, connections and collaborate with as many organizations and people working in the space of economic development, entrepreneurship, business development, and education. Additionally, as part of our Career & Technical Education (CTE) focus, we know that many of our CTE students across the state will end up working in or managing/operating as a small business. The trades are vital to our economy, and bringing students into the arena of entrepreneurship and business development can provide them with business skills/resources to be part of this nation’s core of small business owners.

We have four incredible keynote speakers, Daymond John, Kristen Hadeed, Gary Schoeniger, and Sean Sherman, all with various backgrounds in business, entrepreneurship, leadership and the trades, and breakout sessions with many of our state partners and organizations presenting on related topics or projects.

Attendees can enjoy live music by Jason Pritchett featuring a special opening set by Wyoming musician Jena Spriggs.
