Rachel Girt

With the end of the legislative session, Wyoming Governor Mark Gordon is spending most of his time reviewing bills. He takes a break to join Bob Beck to discuss the past legislative session.

This year there were a number of bills that infringed on local control with the biggest involving the dispute between Teton County and the Jackson Hole Classical Academy. The governor discussed what he thinks about that type of legislation and other topics.

Bob Beck retired from Wyoming Public Media after serving as News Director of Wyoming Public Radio for 34 years. During his time as News Director WPR has won over 100 national, regional and state news awards.
