On Tuesday, June 9th, and Wednesday, June 10th, the Nitty Gritty Dirt Band brings ALL THE GOOD TIMES: The Farewell Tour to The Center Theater. For nearly six decades, the three-time GRAMMY® Award-winning Nitty Gritty Dirt Band has entertained audiences with their top-shelf musicianship and timeless hits.
Formed in 1966 as a Long Beach, California jug band, Nitty Gritty Dirt Band scored its first charting single in 1967 and its first major hit in 1971 with “Mr. Bojangles.” Today’s group consists of founding member Jeff Hanna, harp master Jimmie Fadden, and soulful-voiced Bob Carpenter, who has more than 40 years of service in the ensemble. Those veterans are now joined by singer-songwriter-bass man Jim Photoglo, fiddle and mandolin wizard Ross Holmes, and Hanna’s son, the preternaturally talented singer and guitarist Jaime Hanna.
Nitty Gritty Dirt Band recently released a new 5-song EP, “Night After Night,” the band’s first release of all-new music since 2009’s “Speed of Life.” The Farewell Tour isn’t goodbye forever, but it will be the last fans see of multi-city runs and long bus rides.

Each summer, Casper Housing Authority (CHA) hosts the Annual Father’s Day Event – A Celebration of Families.
We would like you to join us this year on Saturday, June 20 from 10:00 am until 3:00 pm at Washington Park. We are working hard to fill the park with free kid’s activities, a barbeque, snow cones, cotton candy, and cold soda and water.
As always, this free community event is a U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development initiative that aims to strengthen the bond between children and their fathers with the goal of connecting Dads to supportive services in their communities.
A music packed day at Big Lost Meadery, featuring: Jalan Crossland, The Patti Fiasco, Matthew Wilbur Skinner, Bighorn Big Band, Rock Band Camp, Lucas Olson Duo, Brandon Anderson, JB King, and Practicing In Public.
With local artisan booths and outstanding food.

The Regina-based Canadian folk-bluegrass sensation will bring hits like "In Hell I'll Be in Good Company" and "Banjo Odyssey" to Cheyenne as part of The Dead South 2026 Tour. Bluegrass vocal harmonies is one of the most distinguishing characteristics - there is nothing else like it.
