All The World’s A Stage: Play Taps Into Personal And Global Experiences

"Into the Arts: A Personal Journey" shares stories of adults in Jackson Hole who are discovering, rediscovering or furthering their artistic talents. In this vignette, theater director Luis Guerrero recounts the challenges of finding Latina actresses for a production of "No Roosters in the Desert." Minerva Pineda and Beatriz Orellana, first-time actresses recruited by Guerrero, describe their experiences.

Grant funding for this project was provided by the Wyoming Arts Council and the Cultural Council of Jackson Hole/Town and County Arts for All. The Art Association of Jackson Hole, Dancers' Workshop, Riot Act and the Teton County Library collaborated with JenTen Productions and supported the project. Finally, "Into the Arts" would not have been possible without contributions from private donors.
