The Latest News On COVID-19 In Wyoming

The number of confirmed cases of COVID-19 in Wyoming has reached 24.
Wyoming wrapped up Saturday with two new confirmed cases of COVID-19. The Wyoming Department of Health confirmed that a Carbon County Hospital employee was that county's first confirmed case.
This evening, Cheyenne Mayor Marion Orr reported that Laramie County had its fifth case, a person in their 20's from Cheyenne who had no known close contact with anyone who previously tested positive.
The person will be quarantined at home. Also, today the Northern Arapaho Tribe announced that it had its first positive test, a woman in her 70's.
Fremont County leads the state with nine confirmed positive cases; Laramie County has five; Sheridan County four; Teton County two; while Park, Campbell, Carbon and Natrona counties each have one reported case.
As of 8:00 p.m. on Saturday, March 21, the Wyoming Public Health Laboratory completed 409 tests for COVID-19. There are 51 tests reported by commercial labs and the Centers for Disease Control completed one test.
