Teton County Pet Partners (TCPP) is hosting a team evaluation on Tuesday, May 26. This is where you and your pet demonstrate that you are a good fit for therapy animal work. Each team will have a 20-30 minute time slot.
Note: To sign up for the evaluation, you’ll first need to complete the Pet Partners Therapy Animal Handlers Course. It’s offered online and now in person too!
Our therapy animal teams bring joy and comfort to various organizations like hospitals, schools, libraries, and more.

Novices and experts alike are invited to attend bird walks that will inspire a love of birdwatching. You’ll practice using binoculars and spotting scopes and learn all about bird identification tools. Led by experts from The Nature Conservancy, you’ll get up close and personal with the birds of the sagebrush steppe. A simple breakfast will be served after each walk.

SBIR/STTR Proposal Lab - Day 1 of 2.Join Wyoming SBDC Network, IMPACT 307, and the Montana Technology Innovation Partnership for a focused, two-part SBIR/STTR Proposal Lab designed to help you develop a competitive Phase I submission. The content will be relevant to all 11 SBIR and 6 STTR agencies, with particular emphasis on DoD, NIH, NSF, DOE, and NASA.
Day 1: On May 28, we’ll cover program fundamentals and outline a structured process for preparing your technical proposal.
Day 2: On June 11, we’ll complete that process and explore key concepts for building a sound cost proposal—ensuring your project budget is accurate and sustainable.

Join us on Thursday, May 28, from 5 to 7 p.m. for the community exhibition opening of "Bison-tennial: From Colonization to Rematriation." This is a FREE community event.
"Bison-tennial" explores the profound influence of bison on the history, cultures, and landscapes of the North American West. The exhibition traces their story from pre-colonial times through westward expansion and the near-destruction of the great herds—arriving at today’s growing restoration and rematriation efforts. During the opening event at the Museum, explore our new summer exhibitions, participate in an exciting scavenger hunt game, and enjoy free BBQ bites from Palate + complimentary beer or root beer from Grand Teton Brewing. This event will be hosted inside the Museum.

Students participate in a series of four clinics Thursday nights in May and June to learn a variety of skills including bike checks, trail etiquette, braking, cornering, dismount, shifting, and more! Students ranging from 2nd-8th grade meet at Kiowa Park for pre-ride snacks and skills practice before heading out to the Schoolyard/Pilot Hill trails. The primary focus of this program is to get students out on bikes and learning some skills along the way.
Clinic is $80/student with discounts for multi-student families. Scholarships are available for equipment and event fees.
