Riot Act, Inc. Presents: Acting Level 3 – Adult Education Workshop

Looking to deepen your acting skills and unlock new layers of creative expression?

Acting Level 3 is designed for those with some prior experience who are ready to go further. This five-session workshop explores performance through the lens of acting technique and improvisation, helping you better understand your physical and verbal presence while learning how imagination, language, and movement come together on stage.

Instructor BJ Hanford brings a wealth of experience to the class, including 22 years as a professional actor, singer, and dancer in New York City, followed by a decade of directing, choreographing, and teaching at Dancers’ Workshop. After a 15-year detour in the culinary world, BJ is back on stage and passionately committed to supporting Riot Act’s community-based arts education.

Tuition: Just $450 for the full workshop (15 hours total)
Minimum of 6 participants required to run

Some acting experience or previous Riot Act acting classes required
Teens and adults welcome
