The Gillette teen who is accused of planning to shoot several teachers and students at his is school pleaded not guilty to nine counts of attempted first-degree murder.
Dale Warner, 14, entered his plea on March 1, in Campbell County District Court. He has been charged as an adult.
Warner is accused of bringing two guns and bullets to Sage Valley Junior High School in Gillette back in November, according to court documents. He is accused of planning to shoot some of his classmates and teachers.
Warner is being held on a $275,000 cash-only bond and is currently in the Campbell County Juvenile Detention Center.
There will be a pre-trial conference for his case in June.
