In honor of Suicide Awareness and Prevention Month, the NAMI Sheridan, WY and Sheridan College Campus Life invite you to a free screening of My Ascension.

The film follows the story of Emma Benoit, as she reflects on her attempt to take her own life by shooting herself as a senior in high school. As a suicide attempt survivor Emma now uses her impactful story to help prevent suicide.

Emma and film director, Greg Dicharry, will join local panelists Bill Hawley, Charlie Falkis, and Sarah Mentock for a Q&A following the film.

A resource fair will also occur before and after the screening outside of Kinnison Hall starting at 5pm.
