Cheyenne Audubon: Field Trip to Ft. Collins Lakes

Cheyenne Audubon: Field Trip to Ft. Collins Lakes

Cheyenne Audubon members invite the public to join them on a free birdwatching trip Saturday, Nov. 16, to look for waterfowl in the many lakes in the Fort Collins, Colorado, area. Some carpooling may be available.

Participants will meet and leave at 8 a.m. from Lions Park, from the parking lot south of the Children’s Village, South Lions Park Drive. The trip is expected to wrap up about 1 p.m., but participants with their own transportation may leave at any time. Bring water, lunch, snacks and dress for the weather. Although this is mainly a waterfowl trip with a dozen or more species, we hope to also see some raptors including Bald Eagles.

Please register with Grant Frost, 307-343-2024, to hear of any changes to the trip.
See https://cheyenneaudubon.org/ for more information about this and other Cheyenne Audubon activities.
