In partnership with Adaptive Adventures and the Cheyenne Veteran's Administration, Curt Gowdy State Park is hosting a multi sport-day. At the event, Adaptive Adventures will showcase adaptive equipment - including bikes, a mobile climbing wall, and kayaks - to help people with accessibility needs recreate in the outdoors. We will also be holding an introduction to dragon boat racing at 1:00PM and again at 3:00PM - register online to save a spot for that program! Several tables will also be available for more information on accessible outdoor recreation opportunities. Adaptive Adventures will be providing food for participants through the Gypsy Jacks concession. Fees are waived for all event guests as well. This program is intended to build community and provide information for those with accessibility needs in the outdoors; if you or a family member are interested then please register online!
