Cheyenne Audubon field trip: High Plains Arboretum - Cheyenne
Cheyenne Audubon members invite the public to join them on a free birdwatching walk Saturday, Oct. 26, to the High Plains Arboretum/U.S. Department of Agriculture High Plains Grasslands Research Station on the west side of Cheyenne.
Participants can meet and leave at 9 a.m. from Lions Park, from the parking lot south of the Children’s Village, or meet at 9:30 a.m. at the Arboretum parking area, at the Y in the road. The trip is expected to wrap up about noon, but participants may leave at any time.
Bring water and dress for the weather. No dogs are allowed on the arboretum or research station grounds.
