Grounded is a new Opera, premiered by the Metropolitan Opera's HD Live program, by Tony Award winning composer, Jean Tesori. The story centers on Jess, a fighter pilot, who becomes grounded due to a pregnancy. The plot follows her life changes in a different career path operating Reaper drones, as a new mother in a new relationship with a Wyoming rancher.
