Reshmi’s presentation entitled “ Exploring Multidisciplinary and International Engagement by a Faculty Cohort” is the culmination of 2 years of work by Reshmi and fellow LAMPer McKensie Harris. Both Reshmi and McKensie have been members of the LAMP educator learning community (ELC) dedicated to applying change theory to SoTL research. OEO-CGS Faculty Fellowship funds her research.
