The Caravan of Hope provides Pro-Bono legal services for the LGBTQ+ community and ensure that people have access to the resources they need to thrive. Their travelling RV will be in Laramie on Friday March 20, 2026, from 9 am – 5 pm at the Laramie Plains Civic Center, 710 E Garfield. They are coordinating with Laramie PrideFest and will offer services in the PrideFest office in Suite 343. Services include name changes, gender marker and ID-related updates (where permitted by state law), basic wills, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives, and general legal guidance, resources, and referrals. No appointment is required. They operate on a first come, first served basis.
