Cancer: Thriving and Surviving Workshop - Laramie
Cancer: Thriving and Surviving is a free six-week workshop for anyone affected by a cancer diagnosis. This class is open to survivors of any type of cancer and their loved ones. Join us and learn tools to take control of your condition and get support from others.
Topics include problem solving, making decisions about treatment and therapies, changes in body image, healthy eating, action planning, dealing with negative emotions and fear of recurrence, and effective communication with family, friends, and healthcare professionals.
