Bush: 'The Trumpet of Freedom Has Been Sounded'

In a speech at the National Defense University in Washington Tuesday, President Bush drew a parallel between the Sept. 11 attacks and the World War II assault on Pearl Harbor, saying both were catalysts that drove efforts to defeat authoritarian governments.
