The information comes after the ACLU of Wyoming filed records requests to all state and county law enforcement agencies with active 287(g) agreements with Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE).

The city previously had a judge to hear these cases once a week that travelled from Gillette, though the amount collected from citations didn't cover the expenses of the court and their travel. The town also disbanded their police department at the same time as a cost-saving measure, contracting with Crook County to provide police services.
