Wyoming Food for Thought Project The Winter Makers Market is a program of Wyoming Food for Thought Project, a local non-profit organization dedicated to food sovereignty and food justice. We primarily provide food-insecure children throughout Natrona County with weekend food bags through the school year as well as during the summer months. We also tend to over 200 raised garden beds, manage an Urban Farm in north Casper, and more.
