Relative Theatrics is proud to present STRAIGHT WHITE MEN by Young Jean Lee in association with the SAFE Men program. The play runs November 7th through 15th in the Gryphon Theatre at the Laramie Plains Civic Center
Play Description:
When Ed and his three adult sons come together to celebrate Christmas, they enjoy cheerful trash-talking, pranks, and takeout Chinese. Then they confront a problem that even being a happy family can’t solve: When identity matters, and privilege is problematic, what is the value of being a straight white man?
The opening weekend of performances is November 7th and November 8th 2025 at 7:30 pm. Performances continue November 12th, 13th, 14th and 15th at 7:30pm. All performances are located at the Laramie Plains Civic Center in the Gryphon Theatre. A preview pay-what-you-can performance will take place at 7:30pm on November 6th, 2025. Additionally there will be a post show talk back immediately following the show on November 13th funded by the Wyoming Humanities Crossroad Grant.
