Plein Air in the Parks: Hot Springs State Park & Legend Rock State Petroglyph Site - Thermopolis
Started in 2017, the Wyoming Arts Council’s Plein Air in the Parks is a collaborative 3-day long event coordinated by Wyoming State Parks and the Wyoming Arts Council.
These events are open to artists of all ages. This artmaking competition pairs talented artists with beautiful locations, while offering cash prizes to top participants.

Sunday’s Awards Ceremony, Reception, and Art Sale
See the artwork created throughout the event, cast your vote for the People’s Choice Award, and purchase artwork from the sale via our partner, Sagebrush Artisans. No admission will be charged to attend the show and sale on Sunday, June 29th at 3:00 PM, cash awards will be announced at 4:00 PM.
