Making Contact: Where Creative Writing Meets Visual Art
Making Contact: Where Creative Writing Meets Visual Art is a two day creative writing and art making workshop at The University of Wyoming Art Museum that engages with Michiko Itatani’s work. The workshop will explore the concept of “High Point Contact,” a momentary touching of two elements, using art inquiry, ekphrastic writing, and printmaking and collage techniques.
This workshop is intended for an adult audience, and will occur across two sessions:
Fri, Feb 3 5-7PM
Sat Feb 4 1-3PM
This workshop is taught by Cady Favazzo. Cady Favazzo is a poet and teacher from Wyoming.
