Hot Springs County Historical Society Program: "The Wyoming Bomber Crash of 1943" - Thermopolis
In 1943 a Heavy Bomber crashed deep in the Bighorn Mountains. The crash was discovered by area cowboys two years after the plane went missing. Sylvia Bruner, Executive Director of the Jim Gatchell Memorial Museum in Buffalo, Wyoming, will present a program about the crash and the ten young men that were lost.
