Ambassador Richard Holwill & Dr. Sasha Skiba: A Conversation on Ukraine. The two will discuss Ukraine and the ongoing war in the region.

- Ambassador Richard Holwill is vice president of public policy at Alticor in Washington, D.C. where he manages worldwide government affairs efforts. Ambassador Holwill served to the rank of ambassador in the U.S. Department of State and has extensive experience in Asia, Latin America, Europe, and the countries of the former Soviet Union. His recent work includes building vaccine capacity internationally.

- Alexander (Sasha) Skiba teaches in the University of Wyoming’s Department of Economics, and researches International Economics, Development Economics, and Industrial Organization.
