How parents can help kids avoid social media addiction

Recent studies suggest that when parents monitor their kids’ digital lives, it lowers kids’ chances of social media addiction and other harms. Effective approaches include setting boundaries on screen time for the whole family and keeping an open conversation going about kids’ experiences online.
