Oxford, Michigan, school shooter's fate lies in the hands of a judge

A judge is weighing whether the teenager behind the 2021 Oxford, Michigan, school shooting should ever get the chance to leave prison.

A special Miller hearing required under state law is expected to conclude Tuesday on the matter.
