Senate to move forward with vote on social spending bill

Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer says he’ll move forward with a vote on the social spending bill, despite losing a critical vote.

Sen. Joe Manchin of West Virginia told Fox News on Sunday that he couldn’t support it — leaving Democrats and the White House seething.
