The CIA Leak Case and Grand Juries

The federal grand jury investigating the leak of the identity of an undercover CIA agent is set to expire in nine days. It's currently unclear whether special prosecutor Patrick Fitzgerald will ask that anyone be indicted, or, if he does, who, and on what charges. We take a look at the inside workings of a federal grand jury.
