Go back in time to the early days of Fort DA Russell - now known as FE Warren Air Force Base. The Historic Home Tour will allow visitors a walk through 4 different historic brick officer quarters built between 1888 and 1910 with a final stop at the base heritage museum. Tour guides dressed in period appropriate clothing will share the colorful history of these stately dwellings which led to the base becoming a National Historic Landmark in 1975. Air conditioned bus tours will run every 20 minutes, 9am - 2:30pm on Sunday, July 24th. Visitors must enter FE Warren AFB at gate 1 off Pershing Blvd in Cheyenne and some form of government ID is required for anyone over 18.
