A year after the Southwest's epic meltdown, what has changed?

Southwest Airlines customers might be feeling nervous about their travel plans.

Last December, an estimated 2 million passengers were stranded after a blizzard led to day after day of cancellations at the airline. Now, Southwest says it’s better prepared to handle severe weather.
