President Biden Meets With Afghan Leaders Amid Troop Withdrawal

President Biden meets with Afghan President Ashraf Ghani and Abdullah Abdullah, chairman of Afghanistan’s High Commission for National Reconciliation, at the White House Friday afternoon.

The meeting comes amid the U.S. withdrawal that will end a war that started in 2001 after the Sept. 11 attacks, which were planned in Afghanistan.
