Please join us for our first official story gathering event under the “Re-Storying the West” project. We’re excited to spend some time with you and learn more about our Laramie neighbors.

Our team will provide an overview about this statewide effort and our focus on real people’s everyday stories as a valuable part of how we form relationships and communities. We’ve planned a fun set of activities, including a preview of sample stories from local folks and story sharing practices. If you’d like, have a free portrait made and contribute a brief story of your own or sit for a story gathering interview about your life in Wyoming. Open to folks of all ages.

• 9:00-9:30: Light breakfast and informal chat
• 9:30-11:00: “Re-Storying the West” information and activities
• 11:00-12:00: Story gathering and portrait booths (takes 5-15 minutes)
