The Silent Trails Memorial Race was organized in 2002 to honor the memory of and celebrate the lives of eight University of Wyoming cross country athletes who were killed in a motor vehicle collision south of Laramie on September 16, 2001.

📢 DATE CHANGE ALERT! We have moved this race to Sunday, October 5th to accommodate other events. This 10 mile trail race is donation based and registration will take place the day-of at Tie City Trailhead.

Parking: Fees as per Forest Service Regulations; carpool if possible. Park at Tie City Trailhead.
