A Taste Of Summer: The Story Behind Colorado's Olathe Sweet Corn

Across the U.S., there are beloved crops with names that celebrate where they’re grown. Georgia has Vidalia onions. New Mexico has Hatch green chiles. And a small pocket of rural Colorado has Olathe sweet corn — known for its sugary, fresh taste.
