Despite three straight season-ending injuries, Junior Sean Chambers has made his way back to being the University of Wyoming's starting Quarterback.

Chambers admits that it's been an emotional journey after breaking his left fibula on the third play of the season in 2020. He also injured his knee in 2019 and broke his right fibula in 2018. Chambers said the goal is to not get hurt this season.

"Do everything in my power to stay on the field. Whether that's run out of bounds, or just playing smarter is what I think I gotta do. You know taking unnecessary hits is just not in the game plan nowadays," said Chambers.

Head Coach Craig Bohl said backup Levi Williams will also play on occasion, but he added that they won't rotate. He said Chambers has proven to be the more consistent of the two and despite his injuries, shows the ability to make plays with his legs and arm.
