Learning To Play: Musical Pursuits And A Childhood Wish

"Into the Arts: A Personal Journey" shares stories of adults in Jackson Hole who are discovering, rediscovering or furthering their artistic talents. Two student-teacher pairs are covered in these vignettes. Laurie Andrews pursues voice and guitar with Beth McIntosh, while Barbara Trachtenberg finally gets her childhood wish for piano lessons courtesy of Keith Phillips.

Grant funding for this project was provided by the Wyoming Arts Council and the Cultural Council of Jackson Hole/Town and County Arts for All. The Art Association of Jackson Hole, Dancers' Workshop, Riot Act and the Teton County Library collaborated with JenTen Productions and supported the project. Finally, "Into the Arts" would not have been possible without contributions from private donors.
