Police in Douglas say they're investigating a woman's death as a possible homicide.
According to reports, officers received a call to check on a 42-year-old woman on
Wednesday and found her body in her apartment.
The department issued a statement saying it suspects the woman was the victim of a homicide. No one else was found in the residence.
Police declined to release the woman's name or her cause of death. The investigation is continuing
