U.S. Senator Mike Enzi will also join us. Wyoming has not always embraced renewable energy... but as the state faces a historic bust, could that be changing? In 2014, a building at the Wyoming Women’s Center was renovated for the purpose of housing inmate mothers and their children. But because of staffing issues, it’s been empty ever since.
