The University of Wyoming's Black Studies Center presents a webinar that centers the Negro Question from the first Mohonk Conference of 1890 as a theoretical perspective to reexamine and reframe Dr. Carter G. Woodson's Negro History Week and its development into Black History Month. Panelists include Dr. Jeffery Lee and Reverend Starletta Thomas, the University of Wyoming Black Studies Center, Dr. Fredrick Douglass Dixon will moderate.
