Cultivate inner peace through a guided practice and enjoy the rest of your day with an inspired and positive mind. With regular practice these meditations help us to experience mental clarity, a sense of well-being, and increased love and compassion for others.
There is no charge but donations are appreciated. Registration is not necessary, classes will take place every Wednesday and you may show up on the days you are available. Meditation will last about 15 minutes, so bring your lunch to enjoy in the Conservatory afterwards!
