Set for Saturday, October 30, the stroll will run from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Merchants will offer trick or treating throughout Downtown Rock Springs. Trick or Treat through the streets of Downtown Rock Springs. Bring your own bag or pick one up at the 3 locations: 1st Bank (601 North Front Street) Rock Springs Library (400 C Street) Rock Springs Main Street/URA office (603 S Main Street) Stop by the Rock Springs Civic Center for their Halloween Hoopla - including costume contests, bounce houses, games, candy and more! 1 to 5 pm, Just $2 admission
