Hurricane Rita Poised to Strike Gulf Coast

Hurricane Rita has been downgraded to a Category 3 hurricane, with maximum sustained winds of 125 miles an hour, but still poses a serious threat to the coastal regions of Louisiana and Texas. NPR's Jon Hamilton reports the latest on Rita from the National Hurricane Center in Miami.
