Wyoming Gubernatorial Primary Debates

Live Streamed And Broadcast On Wyoming Public Radio And Wyoming PBS

 

Republican candidates running for the office of Wyoming Governor will be participating in a series of public debates Thursday, July 12th, 2018 in the auditorium of the Wyoming National Guard Joint Forces Readiness Center in Cheyenne.

There will be two one-hour debates. The first debate will begin at 7 p.m.; the second debate will begin at 8 p.m. Candidates have been placed in either the first or second debate based on results of an independent poll conducted by the University of Wyoming Survey Research Center. The top three polling candidates, which will debate at 7 p.m., are Sam Galeotos, Mark Gordon and Harriet Hageman. The remaining three candidates will debate at 8 p.m. They are Bill Dahlin, Foster Friess and Taylor Haynes.

Both debates are open to the public and will be streamed live at wyomingpbs.org. They will also be broadcast live on Wyoming PBS and Wyoming Public Radio Thursday, July 12th beginning at 7 p.m. They will repeat on Wyoming PBS Sunday, July 15th at 11 a.m. and 12 p.m., respectively, and will be broadcast on Wyoming PBS Create Saturday, July 14th at 7 p.m. and 8 p.m., respectively.

Craig Blumenshine, Public Affairs Producer from Wyoming PBS will be the debate moderator. Bob Beck, News Director from Wyoming Public Radio, Joel Funk, Managing Editor of the Laramie Boomerang and Mr. Blumenshine will ask debate questions.
